Here are the 5 easy steps to generating an outstanding customer review with SRS
1.. Request a customer feedback review
Just provide SRS with the customer's name & phone number
2.. SRS sends a text to your client requesting a review of 1 to 5
If the customer replies with anything under a 4 the system sends a text notification to you so you can contact your customer and stop a negative review before it gets posted.
3.. With a 4 or 5 response your customer is sent your Google review link and will suggest an AI generated review for your customer.
Customers fail to give a review mostly because they don't know what to say. SRS solves this major review issue by automatically providing your customer with a great AI review of your business.
4.. With the text of a great review provided by SRS your customer posts the review on Your Google Business Profile link that SRS has provided.
